Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by us
WirelessLAB reserves the right to modify or cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel we shall inform you as soon as possible and wherever possible offer you a full refund.
Cancellation by you
If you wish to cancel a booking please note the following cancellation conditions:
- 6 weeks or more prior to the event - 100% refund
- 4-6 weeks prior to the event - 50% refund
- 0-4 weeks prior to the event - no refund
Exceptions: If you wish WirelessLAB to consider exceptional circumstances, email us at admin@wirelesslab.ie
No Charge Events
All events are costly to set up, even those which are 'no charge'. If you book but find you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. We often hold waiting lists, and someone else could attend in your place. We may charge you a fee of €50 for administration and catering costs if you fail to attend or give us less than 24 hours notice.
This policy applies unless an event has a special cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
By registering to attend an event, you have confirmed that you have read and understood our cancellation policy.
